Do you offer an unlimited free version?

Yes, in the free version of MailerPlex, you can send unlimited tracked emails. Also it comes with real-time notification and access to a detailed dashboard.

What information do you store about the emails?

We capture as little information as possible about your emails. They include - Recipient details, subject, time of sending, links in the email. We don't store the body of the sent email. For details visit our privacy policy

Can I use multiple email accounts with the same browser?

Yes, you can use multiple email accounts in the free as well as paid plan. Also, in the paid plan, you can use multiple email accounts, by paying for just one, as long as you are using the email IDs in the same browser.

MailerPlex doesn't show the mail open, even though it's opened and replied.

Mail tracking, in general, is not fully accurate. The technique used here is to insert a tracking pixel to your sent email to track the opens. Some email clients may block images or don't load them automatically. In these cases, the email will not be shown as "open", even if it has been opened by your recipient.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your paid subscription anytime. We will process the refund after deducting the subscription fee on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of months used.
